Silly and obvious thing to say , but at least 30 minutes of exercise a day - seriously helps

After you exercise , drink milk or something, but get some protein inside of you . This helps to further burn off fat . This only works during the 20 minute period after you exercise so have it prepared the gym or your exercise [you know how some people have protein shakes to bulk up ? And there are the womanly protein shakes to slim ? well im  too pov to afford it so this is the easier solution]

Drink a tonne of water - i havent tried this but apparently  you  can lose weight by simply doing this . There was a legit biological reason how it helps but its just fallen out of my mind . well of course it helps out to excrete nessecary toxins and all but [dont quote me on this] it fills the cells or something . ill find it later and add it in but i know for definate it works. and the plus side is it helps your skin (:  - the rough calculation is roughly 1 litre of every 30kg of bodymass !

MUSCLES AND BULKING - no im not telling you to be a frikken body builder but did you know that the higher muscle mass you have the higher your metabolism is ?? true story - that is why guys can typically drink more alcohol ? id rather you bulk up and go all bleh in the holidays or whatever and then tone up again during the term .

Eat your brekkie ! this increase your metabolism by yooonks

Eat at least one egg a day , perhaps for brekkie ? - these are fat burners and power foods (:

CARDIO - doing too much cardio [if you're trying to plainly lose weight] actually puts your body into your natural instincts , and starvation mode . this actually helps to retain fat . So best option is to do bursts of cardio to get your heart pumping and then do some weights or whatever then go back to cardio - yet if you have time to run and RUNNNN :D yush best feeling ever and it works !! do a bit everyday and try to run on grass and not a machine ! This prevents ankle damage and all that .

TO LOSE BELLY FAT - no the conventional sit ups dont exactly work . They simply help to build up your stomach muscles not to burn of the fat - they are two different compositions altogether. Diet is the best way to lose stomach fat - simply cutting out of saturated and transfats can help to lose kilos every year. Off everywhere !! legit - i know this is seriously unheathly but LOW CARB DIETS REALLY WORK !! but only if you control and balance your entire diet (: dont just fly into it and dont eat anything cause thats bad and it lowers your metabolism big time so you actually gain fat .  - to build upper ab mucles , do situps russian twists , crazy ivans etc . .  while to build lower ab muscles , do pushups (weird but it works) and do planks (:

TO LOSE ARM FAT - you actually can . whoever said you cant , well , iono . . . but you can always use weight [the smaller weights can be used to tone , whereas the larger ones can be used for bulking] sit on a chair and do arm elevations . if you dont have weights then try this - extend your arms out perpendicular to your body [no weights included] . Make circular motions with your arm - clockwise with both arms [palms flat and facing up] . continue this motion for roughly 20 cycles . repeat this with your fist clenched , your palm facing out , your palm facing down , and whatever modifications you feel comfortable with . Repeat this process for roughly 5 minutes [yeah your arms may go numb and hurt a lot] , keeping your arms perpendicular at all times . DO NOOOOOT DROP THEM ! this gives you maximum results (: after five minutes , gradually bring your two arms together in front of your body to stretch . WAHHHHHHLAHHHH ! arm fat gone . repeat this perhaps every second day to give yourself some recovery time . ANOTHER WAY - sit on a chair [whichever one your on now is fine but preferably not a swivle chair] . nudge your bum to the edge of the seat and place your palm flat onto the chair on either side of you . extend your legs out in front of you together . Gently lower you body down to the floor until your arms are perpendicular . do not move you feet . repreat for however many times you wish (: ALSO try boxing !! works like a charm (:

TO LOSE THIGH FAT - squats squats squats !!  Keep your knees in line with your ankles and make sure they dont go in front . might be challenging at first but after you get used to them then it real easy (: [plus side - works your glutes which some gym junkie kindly noted to me] , when they get easier add weights into it , ALSO do some lunges , they do wonders for your legs and butt (:

RUNNING [because thats the only thing i car about (;] jokes - these are more personal observations and some research , but running uphill works your thighs while running downhill really helps to tone your legs especially your calves (: . long distance running - just keeping making goals "to that tree.... mmmm now to the end of that street" you'll be amazed how much further you can go !! you can do it ! (: start little by little , more breaks and then build your way up (: . also the higher your bring your knees per step the faster you can run (: works every part of your body . and well personal observation here , but it works your abs too . (: whereas those cyclicals or treadmills dont really work them as well as normal running (:
