I ran away today

Ran from the noise , ran away

Don’t want to go back to that place

But don’t have no choice . no way

It aint easy growing up in world war III

I don’t want love to discern me like it did my family

I guess I’m starting to understand the way they see things .

So they say the world doesn’t revolve around money , but admit it . life would be SO much easier with it .

She wants to go schoolies up north with her friends .

I don’t blame her . she’ll be eighteen . who DOESN’T want to go party with their friends ?

But 240$$ doesn’t just fly out of the air in our household .

She should understand .

Being stubborn about spending money for LEISURE and FUN stuff doesn’t help when everything NECESSARY is literally crashing down on top of us and breaking around us .

There’s a lot of stuff we WANT but not NEED . if we’re still alive and breathing without it then don’t get it .

Her crap memory .

She’s like my baby sister . she’s innocent .

She doesn’t remember the times when we weren’t like this .

We used to have everything . and get whatever we want .

They LOVED each other .

There were no fights .

No hatred .

No tears .

We were a FAMILY .

They don’t talk to each other anymore .

Just through us .

What am I exactly ? some invisible wall or just something to scream at ?!

When was the last time we ate dinner together ? all four of us .

They don’t see what it’s done

One day .

I will change it .

That video just made me want to cry .

If I have it bad , they have it a HUNDRED times worse than me .

How they stand it and are so strong , I’ll never know . But I admire it .

From war torn , poverty stricken places . to live through all that . and still manage to smile . genuine happiness .

Maybe one day I’ll see it myself .

Mmmmm just been doing a lot of thinking today .

Coming home to raging and what not and people all day talking about buying things and the things they have .

No I’m not pissed . I don’t resent it .

Sometimes I just want to step into someone’s else’s shoes .

just to see what life without restrictions is like .

Please never mention that name to me ever again. especially when I say no .

Just opened my bible . there’s this sheet thingy we did last week where everyone in the class wrote down what they basically thought you were like from the sheet .

Its funny how people see me ENTIRELY different to the way I feel .

Not that I’m no flattered and all , but I’m really not all that .
